20% will look like an average guy with an office job. Not a fat guy but a younger average guy who doesn’t diet and works out like a normal person.

yeah like 12 - 15 at most

It’s hard to know. Have to see the back portion of the love handles. That’s where the final fat comes from once under 15%

But it’s incredibly hard to guesstimate this stuff in general since a muscular core will alter perception.
