Ugh. Let me explain with a comfortable loser means. A gambler goes to sit down at the poker table. But he doesn't like the hard chair. So he has a few guys carry in a recliner. He sits on that. The dealer tosses the cards. Three each. Texas Holdem. He gets two aces and a 4. He discards the aces and gets a jack and another 4.

Comfortable loser.
