Goyslop + vitamin-minerals. One upside is that it's ridiculously fast and easy to make (frozen pre-made meals). Sometimes I do prepare cooked meals for about 3 days max but man, that takes a huge toll on me, i'm just dogshit tired by the end of it

5 eggs for breakfast, with banana, kiwi and orange Jews. School goyslop lunch, usually like some meat with sweet potato or other decent carb source. 2l milk and then pin and go to sleep.
 
i order a caniac sometimes and ooh maybe a christmas tree cake and then when i get home from jim i pick up 2 triple sonic smashers and a medium cookie dough blast

Whey for muscle-protein synthesis & dextrose as pre-workout. The only other "foods" I eat are occasional snacks high in fats for optimal Isotretinoin absorption.
