I’m slowly working up to test I just wanted to experiment with certain things also I’m bulking so I need something to assist me. Also a reliable test source in the us isnt as common as it was in the 70s

Currently on it. I just eat whatever’s at home. Finished 30 weetabix and 2 milk bottles (big ones) in 3 days as a snack for reference.
