Barely got hunger from mk and that tiny bit might've been placebo BUT blood sugar spikes and u feel tired and pre diabetic if not careful lol. Anecdotally from what I know u crave carbs

everyone responds differently to mk actually I’m also taking berberine to counter sugar cravings

wouldnt you have to go on low carbs? I’m taking 10mg and was wondering if I should keep eating like shit or watch my diet

Yeah make sure u don’t develop diabetes. Also just take test man

I’m slowly working up to test I just wanted to experiment with certain things also I’m bulking so I need something to assist me. Also a reliable test source in the us isnt as common as it was in the 70s
