ashwaghanda is cope. i've used it for a while but didn't notice any improvements. the small increase in testosterone is caused by lowered cortisol levels, so only if you have very high cortisol levels you will temporarily have higher testosterone. and if you use ashwaghanda too often you can damage your liver.
i don't think it's a life-changing drug. it has very minor benefits which aren't even proven scientifically and it's just not worth the effort/money. if you have social anxiety use phenibut and talk to random people. if you have low test go to a doctor. too much test is not good since it accelerates aging.
