What does Endoxifen do?

And binds to ER x100 times stronger than tamoxefine

Also can be used up to 300 mg/day without serious sides (for context 2mg is enough for 26% breast shrinkage, hence 26% of local suppression from 2mg, that's like 40mg of tamoxefine btw)
