What does good "game" actually consist of?

I feel like I look good enough to get hookups/LTRs, but I just don't know how to firstly meet girls, and secondly initiate conversation let alone keep it going for more than a few minutes. I'm getting lonely again and really wish I had a girl back in my life. It would at least give me something to focus on rather than ldaring daily and shitposting on here.
