What does "IOR" stand for?

I keep seeing the term "IOR implants" referenced, in the context of midface implants. I did a google search for it and found nothing relevant to cosmetic surgery.

Can somebody please tell me what it stands for? Here's the thread where I found the term. I think it might be what I need.

I got the surgery exactly 3.5 weeks ago. There is still a lot of swelling and discoloring. I just wanted to know what y'all think about it. It cost approximately $34k with a good surgeon in NYC. The before pics are from a year ago when my BF was 13%. My BF is currently 22% due to a medication...
