What does it mean if a female freezes in place when she sees you.

I am pretty uncanny ngl. Recently ive been noticing females freezing in place and staring at me. Its doesnt seem like they are afraid of me bc ive seen females run and look away immediately when i scare them. It seems like they are so shocked. Maybe they are mimicking my facial expressions? I have aspergers and dont make facial expressions. Men shit their pants all the time when i walk down the street. Women seem to stop in place and stare at me.im just honestly confused bc i base my actions off of what the other person gives me and when i get a blank stare or scared look i have no idea how to respond
