Shouldn't it be the opposite? Like you have to workout since your heart is too weak to pump blood efficiently

Working out is litterally the only way you can decrease rhr other than drugs lol go hop on a stationary, bike stair master, eliptical any cardio for 20-60 minutes a day (100 probably isnt your true RHR if it's a one time measurement over a minute period). the most likely thing that your doc is gonna do is perscribe you propanolol
