It means your a tryhard who seems like they followed/follow typical extroverted activities.

Like the popular kid who was friends with everyone and did "Cool things" meanwhile the dork of that time was doing weird shit bc he was a weird guy and getting mocked. Fast forward a few years later the popular kid is a normie meanwhile the weird kid is now celeb status due to the weird shit getting popular overtime.

Basically someone who looks like they follow the norm, or the "templates for chadness". Above average or maybe even good looks/status but not special.
