What does it mean to be a 'loser'

I have a problem with this term loser because there's no defined meaning when you apply it to a person besides the face that you dislike this person. For example I saw some mf call clavicular a "insecure loser" which is funny to be despite the fact I don't like clav for his stuck up cocky tone with randoms but he's a tall,rich,handsome,young man so if he qualifies as a "loser" than who isn't a 'loser" atp foids and people in general call anyone they disagree with or dislike a 'loser' so it's become a meaningless insult not to mention some things that make people 'losers' are completely predetermined
factors like looks or personality so calling someone a loser is just the same as calling a black guy the n word.
