His jaw looks angular on the frontal plane (if you see his selfies) because of his angular gonions and how his masseters sit on these:

From the side his ramus isn’t defined like say this:

But the reason he has appeal is because I’ve noticed this a long time ago.. most appeal comes from orbital bone projection (esp undereyes - positive orbital vector) + fat pads undereye + midface projection
