you get a really big dopamine hit, and it's super addictive

you will feel headrush and euphoria for like 1-10 seconds, then it will go back to normal
keep in mind that if you try for the first time you gonna get addicted

Like caffeine. First time ever it feels good and you get a great effect (euphoria etc). After that it just becomes a weak/dirty stimulant effect feeling like caffeine. Buy some nicotine gum off amazon and try it its not addictive at all tbh.
