I have vertical maxilary defficiency and a long ass philtrum, so yea, it's mainly genetics.

You're right regarding the solutions, lip lifts tend to look rly uncanny tho, and ccw can only get you so far

Impaction is only done when you have maxilary excess, the opposite of impaction is called epaction in french (no idea in english), basically a downgraft.

Either way, the ccw advancement can only push the philtrum a little bit before giving you chimp lips, you won't gain that much.
