What does „pog“ mean

Can someone please tell me what the hell is a “pog”? My 13 year old son keeps saying that and other weird shit. Whenever I say something he either says “cringe” or “feels weird man”, when I compliment my wife he calls me a “simp”, what is that supposed to mean? Someone please fill me in on this nerd crap. This is bullshit, I started noticing that he’s been spending money on this “Twitch” thing and it’s literally thousands of dollars. He’s always been weird but this is a huge stretch.
