Im genuenly so fat im looking to loose weight but i worry about stunting my growth do i do it or what should i do to loose weight?
 
if you're obese you should lose weight but don't think about leanmaxxing aggressively before 18-19

Do everything you can bro. I wish i was 14 again so i could actually get my shit toghter and lose weight.

Stop eating ultraprocessed slop. And just leave the house. Even a 15min walk will help. Just stop eating slop. Only eat when you’re actually hungry.

Small calorie deficit, make sure you get all your nutrition needs

do not starvemax, tbh if youre well fed in these teenage years you will be happy in your early 20s if you lose the fat
 
your body unless extremely starved will keep on with its natural processes such as growth. will it be inhibited? likely, but to what degree is uncertain. in any case starving is bad for all ages. you'll feel like shit and be malnourished, might be able to push at the start but it isn't sustainable unless you don't have much to lose. you'll also lose a large portion of whatever lean tissue you already have if u actually stay with it.

tldr; there are alot of (and likely much more) negative side effects to starving yourself than a controlled deficit. if you insist to go through with it stay hydrated with electrolytes and use stims to power through. would not recommend. leanmaxxing isnt just a one time thing, u need to make sure u stay there afterwards. gl op
 
well a calorie deficit is obviously the answer, if you cannot achieve it, use GLP1s, if you live in eu i can give you my source
