What does this forum think meds look like?

I keep seeing people talking about how great the med phenotype is but then those same people turn around and say Middle Eastern ethnics (Arabs,persians,kurds) have bad phenotypes that damage their smv even though there is barely any difference between them

Left looks clearly west asian while the right looks euro. Besides having that pheno is useless its barely a halo. This is the real Med Bvll pheno

Gracile med is a white pheno. OP should have used sardianian pheno or something. They don't look anything like Iranians
