seing on tiktok a lot of edits about it because people wear no layers during winter but what does it have to do with lm? does it have any facial benefits or nah

From my limited knowledge, a faster metabolism (the result of a healthy thyroid) increases body temp which is why people can stay warm with less layers in cooler environments.
You can extrapolate as to the effects on looks from what a healthy thyroid does for your body.
