you take k2 in one of its various forms orally, it regulates bone remodelling, unless you actually have a deficiency or need to regulate your bone remodelling for some reason, you won't see any benefits

It basically puts the calcium where it belongs. Older people with calcified tissues report miraculous improvements in a short period of time: their muscles become supple, their blood vessels rejuvenate, dental plaque decreases, etc.
Used for a long period of time it also improves bone density, and some people even reported bone growth - their jaw got wider, their cheek bones improved, some even claimed their height increased after years of use.

All I said applies for MK4 not MK7, this has a shorter half-life then MK7 and must be taken more often.

Depends what type of k2 you’re talking about
200mcg mk7 all trans
1000mcg mk4

but unless you have a deficiency or smt, you won’t see any benefits

I take mk4 however I'm worried that overdosing might do something negative.

they use doses of like 50mg+ medically in japan routinely so no need to worry about overdose

This.
That's why it's important to have good amounts of all these. For the process of getting calcium into bones.
1. Enough calcium intake
2 enough vitamine D (D3 is often deficiency in people). D cuases calcium to actually be absorpted by body.
3. Enough vitamine K2. Often deficiency in people. If deficiency in K2, but not in vitamin D. Calcium will be absorpted, but not enough or much or any at all on bones. Where you want calcium to be absorpted. But is will be absorpted for example onto the walls of veins, which is bad in the long run. Therefore K2, has the transportation function, to get calcium transported to bones.

It gives u hunter eyes

From what I've seen none of the patients who claimed these benefits have provided any proof.

Apply topical K2 to your cheekbones and report back
