I'm currently on a high protein low glycemic diet, I eat a lot of fruits, vegetables and meat.
0% sugar, 0% junk food, 0% processed foods

I eat like 5 grams of protein and high carb a day ngl this diet helps me increase my testosterone
 
Lotta fish, lotta fruits/vegetables. Sometimes dark chocolate, not too often. We got that tasty ass coffee, so a fuck Ton of coffee recently.

Breakfast - 6 eggs Raw, 1 Glass of Raw Milk, 2 whole meal breads

Tea time- Fruit of my choice (Commonly between Apples, Banana , grapes, mandarins and strawberries)

Lunch time- Cooked white rice, Raw ground grass fed beef, Vegetables of my choice (Usually i just do broccoli, carrots and leafs)

Dinner- Raw Ground beef

i eat everything and anything and i maintain 10% body fat

Same I use fruits if I'm craving sweets and mostly dates they are the best
