Didn't start taking it, but I'm thinking of using it for workout, it's fairly harmless in small doses

There are better things than that.

Like HGH /igf1 is better,cjc has some potential bad effects like flushing,allergic reactions,etc.

Berberine probably,1.5-2 gram per day and get a blood glucose monitor to measure ur blood sugar everyday and make sure it's in the normal range
