Buy 20mg.

You can take 2x20mg daily (40mg daily), then once acne is clear lower it down to 20mg once daily.

This will speed up how quick it works and reduces side effects

maybe 20 mg EOD will be cheapest or 10 mg daily. just check the prices and plan accordingly based on your goals (which you didnt tell us btw)

My goal is to get rid of acne I thought of buying tret 0.05, use 5 mg isotret and a salicylic acid cleanser (1% concentration)

I'd avoid accutane altogether. It gave me suicidal thoughts.

if I already have mild acne at my age (15) is it still worth doing a 4-6 months microdose (10-20mg ED) I know taz is slightly better for collegen so maybe just stick to that? i’d mainly be taking accutane for my large fucking pores and well as reduceing general sebum. I saw your thread regarding oral txa, would it be a good idea to take that with accutane to reduce redness?

how mild is mild do you have a reference picture. if you dont got oily skin or cystic acne no. if you got widespread acne yes. 20 mg for former 10 mg for latter

you might purge and it takes a long time to build up. for topicals, get lion pair acne cream and apply it to any place you think acne is forming (like the moment u see anything forming apply it) it's only like $20. it's helped me a lot since the ones i apply it to early on never end up fully developing.

meh it could lighten your skin while ur on so if you dont want that stick with topicals first. oral txa is good for stuff hard to get rid of with topicals like redness you've had for years.
