What dosage of pregabolin to go out with low inhibition?

my pills are 300mg but what is ideal. someone has used it before help please, btw i am not heavy if that plays a part in dosage to get the effects

300mg is most common tbh and not generally recommended to go over 450 but CAN be done up to 600mg every day. safest to stick to 300 and see how you feel
