i’m purging and its inflammed like fuckin crazy rn and i dont know why

I can only start accutane when I get back from vacation, so probably early august. what should my dosage be? im 71kg so im thinking 30-40mg ed

120-150mg x weight in KGs divide by how fast u want ur acne gone
keep it within 20-60 mgs and take that ed
