188 cm but im aiming for 195. it’s possible I’m 16 and my bone age is still only 15.

I actually nuked my e2 previously from exemestane. Took 12,5 mg

I could feel the crash only getting 4 hours of sleep even with trazodone.

Ofc now Its normal 23 isn’t low but I need to maintain that sweet spot of 10-20.

Out of all the three I heard arimdex or anastrodole is the best for not nuking e2. Exemestanes the worst.

it depends on your response to it
try taking either 0.5mg eod or 0.25mg daily of adex
even that might be too much so if you feel like shit decrease the ai dose

Basically for 3 months I was fine on 6.25 mg of exe ed then for some retarded reason I took 12.5 mg ed for another 2 months and those two months my sleep was fucked. So 6.25 should be fine but to not risk imma go for 6.25 mg for e2d

Id stick clear from arimadex personally,
Aromasin and equipoise are much smoother solutions in my experience.
