Not gonna do anything for you unless it's from a good and proven source with high withanolide content (main ingredient that lowers cortisol). Also the emotional numbing tiktoks are cope and untrue, source: I was on different brands of ashwagandha for 2 years. If you actually wanna level your emotions hop on an SSRI instead, it's way cheaper and clinically proven to be effective.
