The benefits of caffeine is insane. Drinking coffee every day is like a cheat code

It does tie into your genetics though however as he talked about.

How fast do you metabolise caffeine? I am hardly on the fast side from my experience, but neither on the slower. So I max out at 2 on a working a day. Very rarely will I go to 3.

It's laced in grey nuance and not black and white.

I metabolize it pretty fast. I drink around 500mg of coffee a day to maintain the effects

I watched both vids. My reaction was to your response saying you metabolized it normally + genetics playing a role

good for health but may reduce collagen synthesis

Maybe you are backwards rationalizing

It raises cortisol and increased cortisol is linked to bad fat distribution

I can drink coffee at night and still go to sleep two hours later. I guess I’m a very fast metabolizer.

that degrades the quality of your sleep. You won't rest as well as a clean sleep.

I know that’s why I don’t do it. But it probably means that I’m a fast metabolizer of caffeine
