More composed.
Less rushing thoughts.
Able to stay present.
Focused.
Able to filter out bullshit.
More critical in my thinking.
Take things less seriously.
Better hair. Although I have the Chad hair gene so may be just improving my strength.
Even under the most intense pressure I stay composed.
Better breathing

Disclaimer: I've always been neurotypical, but this just enhanced my composure in social situations. Particularly group. My ability to hold my frame and be my authentic self, not giving a fuck about conformity, is what really improved.

No, while I was living life in uni and going through adolescence.

I had no clue about this space of the internet. None.

I found it due to the pandemic. Only got educated on SlutHate, PUAHate etc when I joined Lookism in 2020.
