Yeah, it works fantastic, using it for 3 months now, my anxiety almost completely gone. Here, in Russia you can buy it (and almost everything) in drugstore freealy.Also super cheap, like 1.2 dollars for 4 months

What dosage do you usually take? And from what I've heard it only stops the physical parts of anxiety not the mental part right?

haven't seen anybody mention it here so ill say it, apparently oxytocin can reduce effects of autism significantly, but yea there might be better shit idk tho

Antipsychotics help to reduce thoughts related to body flaws, alcohol helps to be extroverted as fuck, antidepressants and benzos should work too.
