Wash them

Eat vegetables too as blueberries have no vitamin C and make your blood more acidic

I tried/do.

But non are for focusmaxxing.
They are more for overall health and fighting to slow down aging stuff.

zinc/saw palmetto;
beta carotene (for skin tone)
K2 + D3.(to get calium absorbed and trasported to bones (bone mass loss is aging factor).
Niacin (the red flush is a mf brutal beast).

Do you also get these massive red flushes??
I use it like 2 times per week. Like an hour before bed orso. The red flush lasts long for me also, like hours, or go away and then some time later come back.

Yes, it’s stronger when you first start, but you get more a customer and it’s not as strong, you’ll eventually really like the flushing

i want to get more niacin soon
