What drugs should I abuse to cope? I'm def taking the wrong ones rn

I've been abusing Adderall and alcohol every day to feel low inhib and high T.

Should I just switch to roids and pregab instead? (I've never done either)

Do you guys have any suggestions? I'll probably die soon if I continue my current nonoptimal stack.

Pregab isn't going to do shit for you, especially if you've been abusing Addy and alc every day. You should hop on roids regardless though.

I never thought I'd end up like this, I'm only 21 too. & I think ppl irl are starting to notice that I'm slowly losing it.
