So without doing any research and going off the foundation of knowledge I have on this chemical I'd say because this glutathione is produced in the liver as a natural means for the body to detoxify toxins like heavy metals I'd assume the injections would have a possible lightening of the skin and perhaps the eyes also.
People on the vegan diets or should I say the raw vegan diets have anecdotal claims of their eyes changing colors (many from a brown to a blue, green or hazel color). As for the skin they actually have more pigmentation due to the antioxidants from the colored fruits like tomato, watermelons, carrots, oranges, etc.
I'd also assume that it would clear up one's skin similar to the effects of an alkaline organic raw vegan diet. I have no idea as I'm just making this up as I go here but this is what I can conclude off what I know.
