i dont think i had mine on long enough cause my parents caved when i asked to remove them when i was 10 cause they looked dumb and i didnt know any better

that was really stupid, you probably didn't get full progress and lost some. But be lucky that you had braces at an early age. My dentist sucked and didn't say I needed them until I was 17 and wanted them myself, then every other dentist I met with claimed that I should have gotten them at age 11. You are lucky

if you got expansion probably nothing
if you got braces and they fixed crowding without expansion they will relapse even after 3 years of braces
