what effect will a vertical reduction genio have on front and side

im planning on genio but will need vertical reduction and am afraid it will hurt my looks. it is not too tall at the moment but the problem is in order to fix my lip incompetence ill have to reduce it. ofc the obvious ones like my chin to philtrum will also change but im talking about indirect changes that change the way my face is percieved (e.g. fWHR) that arent so obvious
