as his watchers know, eggman was a brutal mouthbreather you can hear him Mouth breathe during his conversations and he hangs his mouth open whenever he's not talking.

this is what he would look like if he wasn't a mouthbreather as a kid and as an adult. (Porb would have a better under eye support as well )
