I already did 4 sessions of lipovela V and im still not fucking satisfied with my facial fat idc if im semi lean in the face i wanna be very lean in the face like your gonna smile and only see skin foldings and like a raw wall on your cheek cuz theres no fat and bloat,

Give diuretics a try

If they don’t do much then BFR might be the way to go
