You don't even need forehead reduction or hairline lowering if you can improve your temples which is easier and gives the illusion of smaller forehead.

You can also try to improve your lower third like someone else mentioned. Genioplasty or chin/jaw filler to improve proportions. Guys with big chins can get away with big foreheads easier
