I eat eggs, a lot of protein, fruits, vegetables, healthy carbs, etc. I take 5iu of hgh a night. I’m looking at getting mk677 and cjc1295 with dac. My sleeping isn’t that good right now but I’m working on it. I stretch a ton. Play sports. Run. Sauna. What else can I do at this point
