I take creatine, vitamin d and mega b complex daily as well as drink 500mL to a litre of coconut water daily. I spend about an hour and a half in the gym per day, pin CJC no dac daily at 6 foot 2 and 60kgs, bonesmash zygos and chin lightly daily, and get 8 hours of sleep. I want to start cutting my medial canthus' as well as clipping the fat near my eyebrows while i sleep. Is this something you guys recommend? What else can i do to improve? Thanks
