What else do I add to my skin routine/sun damage repair routine?

Main thing I want to address is the existing sun damage, mainly on my arms, and a bit on my face.

So I’ve ordered 50spf pa++++ sunscreen and 0.1 Tretinoin

What else do I add, Ideally I I’d like not to buy like a 100 creams.
