What else should I do to improve my Environmental Factors for Puberty? :unsure: I am going to start with good nutrition, doing sports daily (e.g Basketball & Swimming) in order to Frame/Heightmax and correcting my oral and body habits.

if you want to go all in minimize xenoestrogen exposure (plastics, shampoo bottle, food packaging, clothes, etc), dont smoke or drink, regular cardio for blood circ and hormones, limit fapping to a few times per week for brain androgen receptor regulation, use suncreen everyday, exfoliate and moisturize skin regularely, drink lots of water.

There is a very small chance it might save you becomming uggo if you were predisposed to be like a mtn or something
so it doesn't seem worth it to maxx hard

I already do, I'm the only person (I think :unsure:) to talk to everyone, I just entered midschool, so I'll try to talk to the older ones.

I already do all this, how good is Fapping sometimes like once a week? The only thing I don't limit is my exposure to all xenoestrogens and shit, in my family it's used in all brands of cosmetics/self-care or any household items famous brands that are mostly not bio-compatible or completely organic (e.g. Colgate).

Currently I am 15 y/o (unironically like 12-13 y/o I mean, I have late puberty) I consider myself an LTN, but there's something called "Tropic Premise", our conditioning or lack of it greatly influences our growth and development. A good training gives us a correct growth (e.g good posture).

because sexual release in general is good for you if done moderately. ALso remembe the human body is smarter than you think and it is self regulating/seeking homeostasis. I would like that you explain it RN, since our Environmental Factors influence more than our own genetics, you can observe it in studies of twins that one of them acquired addictions or any other bad habit and was badly developed.

Vitamin D (Sunlight + supplementation)

Constant activity (gym is good idea or join a MMA club), I suggest getting a step tracker. Aim for at least 5k steps a day, 10k is optimal imo

Do not be obese during development (promotes estrogen amongst other terrible shit for men)

Reduce stress as much as possible

As for nutrition, just don’t eat like shit, I’m not going to overcomplicate it. And if you are gymming then educate yourself about counting protein.

Unrelated but also read and educate yourself and keep up in school.

Frankly everything else is overkill (especially if you are not even doing what is above) because consider how many kids actually pull the shit above consistently for 5+ years during development.

Also genetics play a big factor, this is the best you can do, everything else is down to your genetics.

At least if you pull this off you know it’s your genetics that fucked you and not your discipline.

With my "horny" levels you mean my sexual urges, right? I came to the Theory that these urges that induce thoughts such as Fapping or simply an erection increase your T, but not Fapping, this will screw up my T levels after the act, since Prolactin increases and this hormone reduces my sexual urges, that's why after Fapping I regret it.

That thing about reducing my chance of cancer is Cope and more like a Fapper's addict theory, right?

I'm too old for it to effect my growth but I think they're still bad even after puberty

Do whatever you enjoy the most, just know that each one will likely result in a different physique (you will probably be lean as fuck doing cardio sports but not much of a muscle base, so you can combine swimming/basketball with the gym if you have enough time, that would be “optimal”) and eat enough such that you begin to build a frame/muscle mass while not becoming obese.

Basically eat as much as you can to milk your development stage but monitor yourself daily. If you feel like you are getting fat too quickly then tone back down. Considering you said underweight you won’t have to worry about getting fat for a while. Focus on eating and being active.
