What essential nutrients and foods do I need at 14, I get hungry af after eating 15 mins later but cant eat yet still feel hungry. Red meats keep my hunger suppressed for about 30 mins but I keep on getting hungry and im a lean person not a fatass.

Just eat a good diet with enough calories and protein for growth and sleep the best possible and that's all you can do naturally. Don't go worrying about surgeries and shit. Goes without saying but don't get overweight

Eat meats, eggs, and other protein sources. Milk is good for protein too and calories. Peanut butter is also good for protein and calories if you need to gain weight but if you're not skinny don't overdo it on the calories lmao.

Also try to sleep as much as you can. Sleep deprivation will stunt your growth and unfortunately schools essentially set you up for sleep deprivation. Cramming for some homework/ test ain't worth ruining your sleep over
