No way dark hair, dark eyes both places like Bosnia and Chechnya are pretty much racially homogeneous societies. Also pretty sure in Balkans they don't wear that kind of clothing in even in their mosques in Bosnia. Some Chechens do.

Obviously not India or Bangladesh. But I was thinking some part of Pakistan or maybe even Afghanistan. If not Persian, but again the way they're dressed makes me think otherwise. I thought Turk or Syria, but not a single white passing in their so I don't think it's that far west.
