I am not suicidal, so please don't take this the wrong way but i am buried in thoughts about life, its purpose and what it even is. You are born into this world with the abilities to feel and sense and from there on it's all you, YOU have to decide what your purpose is. But it's really confusing for me. It looks like one big simulation, there are so many different people in this world but most of them live the same way. How can we be different and make the most out of it without following someone else's example of life, how can we create our own path.

There is existence of so many different specters of life out there that it gets to a point where you have no idea what to do. For example "looks". Looks are the essentials to a great life but is that really all that there is to it? I know that the answer is already a yes but come on, surely there is something else out there more meaningful than looks even though when i think about it you cannot achieve anything else without looks. I was almost about to say love is better than looks and it still is but you cannot truly find love if you don't have the looks to backup your personality which makes the other person bond with you and fall in love with you in the long run.

Let me know if anyone has any answers or different opinion(not that i provided many views on this topic but if anyone is up for it i would love to read long and well written answers).

For so many centuries up until recently the point was merely to survive. Survival is what peoples entire existence was based around; they never even thought to have choices of "life path". It's only suddenly that the average man is afforded enough abundance to be confused about which to pick, and the world globalized enough to where he cant find anything that significantly stands out out of all them.

Add to that the sudden introduction of "youth culture" in the 60s (which never existed before; 10 year olds before wore suits and smoked cigars), which has been compiling since then, and now the youth are experiencing their own existential crisis about how to spend their fleeting young years. You're old at 22 nowadays

We're sitting in this confluence of this old order and whatever's next, and I believe it's currently responsible for massive existential crises/confusion

The purpose of life is to survive, adapt to changes, and continue growing and evolving

Life is essentially a self replicating chemical pattern that continuously changes to best fit it’s environment

Therefore we should mirror this by continuously improving ourselves as people and being flexible to life
