What exact foods should one avoid to minimize estrogen?

Obviously anything soy-based, and highly processed foods such as potato chips and stuff that heavily relies on preservatives, but is there any general food items that could impose a estrogenic/cortisol impact?
 
i know that u can consume foods high in indol 3 carbinol like broccoli to inhibit aromatase, not sure about elevating estrogen except beer and soy ofc
