What exactly causes NCT

And why is it so rare

My NCT is odd. I wasn't born with it it developed during my mid teens which started to ruin my life bit by bit eating it away

Is it having bad genetics or something else that interferes with gene expression and methylation that causes them to fuck up during your growth/development.
As a baby i had perfectly normal eyes. Nothing striking or hunter eyes but just your average eyes.
Now they look grotesque as @GigaChang has seen them jfl

I have a wide cranial base by the way.
