What exactly does it mean when you get stared at by other males when out, but never women?

Whenever I'm out and about, some days I really badly get stared at and it will be other young males giving me a prolonged stare at I walk past them or vice versa, but I practically never get even looked at for half a second by women, it's always other males doing the staring

The most frustrating part is nobody else seems to have this problem, it feels like I'm the only one who goes through this shit, everyone else who says they get stared at by other males says they also get stared at by women too, which basically means they're good looking ffs, I'm the only one who specifically gets stared at by other males
