Tret is a retinol and increases cell turnover and sheeeeet. GHK is copper peptide made of proteins and sheeet and it increases collagen. One google search could've saved you from looking like a doofus.

They both increase cell turnover, and they both increase collagen. You could have learned that with a google search. The only thing I care about is difference in appearance, like if it makes you have that weird shiny look that tret does.
